Stable Codes (the "Company") regards the protection of your personal information as important and strives to comply with applicable laws and regulations. This policy applies in common to every mobile application (each, an "app") the Company offers through Google Play.

The Company collects only the minimum information needed to provide the service.

• Collected automatically: device identifiers (e.g., Firebase Installation ID, App Set ID), OS/app version, advertising identifier, crash logs, and usage statistics.
• Provided by you: in some apps, information you enter or upload directly, such as a nickname, profile image, or chat messages.
• Authentication: an anonymous or custom-token-based identifier issued through Firebase Authentication.

• Providing app features and identifying users
• Handling inquiries and reports, and moderating content
• Improving service quality, statistical analysis, and error diagnosis
• Meeting obligations under applicable laws

Collected personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection has been achieved or upon your request for deletion. Where retention for a certain period is required by applicable law, the information is stored securely for that period and then destroyed.

The Company uses the following external services as data processors.

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) — authentication, storage, analytics, and push
• Google AdMob — ad serving and measurement
• Amazon Web Services (S3, Rekognition) — image storage and automated moderation

Except as required by law, the Company does not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.

You may exercise the following rights at any time.

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
• Request suspension of processing
• Reset your advertising identifier in the app or device settings

The Company does not intend its services for children under the age of 13. For our child-safety and CSAE policy, please see the CSAE Standards.

The Company implements reasonable technical and administrative measures to keep personal information from being lost, stolen, leaked, or altered, including encryption in transit (TLS), least-privilege access, and regular security reviews.

If the contents of this policy change, we will post the changes on this page. For material changes, we may provide separate notice through an in-app announcement or other appropriate means.
