1. Our Commitment

Stable Codes has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other sexual abuse on or through our applications and services.

2. Definition of CSAE

For the purposes of these standards, CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Grooming of minors for sexual purposes
  • Sextortion of minors
  • Trafficking of children for sexual purposes
  • Any other form of sexual exploitation or abuse of children

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Stable Codes applications:

  • Uploading, sharing, storing, distributing, or soliciting CSAM in any form.
  • Engaging in or facilitating the grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of minors.
  • Sexualizing minors through text, images, audio, video, or generated media.
  • Using our services to facilitate offline harm to children.

4. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Every Stable Codes application that allows user-generated content or user-to-user interaction provides an in-app reporting feature, accessible without leaving the application. Users can report suspected CSAE content, accounts, or behavior directly through:

  • The Report option attached to user content, messages, and profiles.
  • The in-app Help & Support menu.

Reports are routed to our Trust & Safety team for review and action.

5. Response to CSAE and CSAM

When CSAE is reported or detected, Stable Codes will:

  • Remove the offending content as soon as possible.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account(s).
  • Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law.
  • Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other competent authorities where required by law.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

6. Compliance with Applicable Law

Stable Codes complies with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where our applications are offered, including reporting obligations to designated authorities.
